Weekly private 1:1 coaching sessions, breathwork and awareness practices, personalized guidance built around your specific goals and challenges, clear action steps each week to keep things moving, support between sessions, and practical tools for shifting mindset, emotional patterns, and how you carry yourself in the world.

Single 1:1 Coaching Session
A focused session for clarity, release, and finding your footing again.
Sometimes you don’t need a 12-week commitment. You just need space to think clearly, someone to be honest with, and a little help cutting through whatever is sitting on top of you right now. That’s what this session is for.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or standing at a crossroads, we use the time to get to the root of what’s actually going on and come out the other side with clarity, a shifted perspective, and real steps you can take forward.
