Retreats

There is something about the mountains that cuts through everything. The noise fades, the pace slows, and something in you starts to breathe again.
Our retreats are held at Sage Sanctuary and Mountain Retreat, our peaceful property nestled in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee, a place designed for exactly this kind of reset. Whether you’re looking for clarity, rest, spiritual connection, or just some time to actually hear yourself think, the land here has a way of giving you what you need.
Guests can stay in our cozy on-site tiny house or bring a camper or tent and camp out on the property. Either way the experience is personal, immersive, and unhurried.
Retreats are offered in both private and group settings. Dates and details are coming soon and we can’t wait to welcome you here.
What to Expect
Our retreats are built around one simple idea: you need more space than everyday life allows. Space to rest, reflect, and come back to yourself without anything pulling at you.
Guests can stay in our cozy on-site tiny house or bring a camper or tent and settle into the land however feels right. However you choose to do it, the experience is unhurried and entirely yours.
Each retreat is woven together with a handful of things we’ve found actually work.
We start with grounding and arrival, taking time to settle in, connect with the space, and set an intention for your time in the mountains. From there we move into guided meditation and breathwork sessions designed to quiet the mind, open the heart, and help you reconnect with your own inner guidance. We leave plenty of room for nature and reflection too, time to walk the property, sit in the forest, or just be still and let whatever needs to surface come up on its own. We close each day with integration and sharing, easy unhurried time to journal, reflect, or talk through what’s coming up in a space that feels safe and supportive.
Our intention is for you to leave feeling clear, rested, and grounded in a way that doesn’t fade the moment you get back in the car. Not just a good weekend, but something that actually stays with you.
