About

Jeffrey Thogmartin Indiana Jones Hat

I’m a seeker at heart, a guide, and someone who loves creating spaces where real conversations happen and people feel safe enough to actually go there. Everything I do comes back to one intention: helping people rediscover their own power, love, joy, and inner peace.

I’ve always been drawn to the deeper questions, about consciousness, God, and what it actually means to be alive. What I’ve come to believe is that real growth doesn’t come from fixing yourself. It comes from remembering who you already are. Through meditation, retreats, and 1:1 coaching, I help people slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what feels most true in them.

That looks different for everyone. For some it’s releasing old fear and patterns that have run the show for too long. For others it’s finding solid ground in the middle of uncertainty, or simply learning to live in a way that actually feels like them. I don’t believe in rigid frameworks or one size fits all answers. I believe in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them while they figure out the rest.

When I’m not working with clients you’ll usually find me outside, working the land on our 17 acres. My fiancé and I are in the middle of building Sage Sanctuary and Mountain Retreat, a healing space rooted in nature, simplicity, and restoration. I also love woodworking, exploring new spiritual practices, and following whatever curiosity happens to be pulling at me.

My Goals

My goals are simple but they run deep. I want to keep growing, keep learning, and keep deepening my own relationship with God. And I want to help others do the same, to remember their own power, reconnect with something greater than themselves, and wake up to who they actually are.

At the end of the day I believe we all have a purpose, a reason we’re here, and a light we’re meant to share. My intention is to help people find that, live it, and stop waiting for permission to become it.
